1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This website and the Carbometric service are operated by TOKU Technology International Trade and Industry Joint Stock Company ("Company").

1.2. By accessing the site and using the service, you accept these terms of use.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1. Carbometric is a cloud-based software service (SaaS) that enables businesses to track, report and manage their carbon emissions.

2.2. The service includes:

• Scope 1 emission calculation and reporting
• Scope 2 emission calculation and reporting (depending on your package)
• Excel import/export features
• PDF report generation
• Dashboard and analysis tools

3. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT

3.1. You must create an account with a valid email address to use the service.

3.2. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information.

3.3. You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your password with others.

3.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.

4. USAGE RULES

When using the service, you must comply with the following rules:

• Use the service only for legal purposes
• Do not enter misleading or false information
• Do not perform actions that compromise system security
• Do not violate the rights of other users
• Do not disrupt the normal operation of the system
• Do not perform reverse engineering or source code extraction

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

5.1. The service is offered with different subscription packages.

5.2. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

5.3. Payments are securely processed through iyzico infrastructure.

5.4. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.5. Prices may change. Price changes will take effect on your next billing period.

6. YOUR DATA

6.1. The data you enter into the system belongs to you.

6.2. The Company keeps your data confidential and does not share it with third parties (except legal obligations).

6.3. You can export your data at any time.

6.4. When you delete your account, your data will be deleted except for legal retention periods.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All rights to Carbometric software, design, logo and content belong to the Company.

7.2. Using the service does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.

7.3. You may not copy, distribute or sell the software.

8. SERVICE STATUS AND WARRANTY

8.1. The Company does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted and error-free.

8.2. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance and updates.

8.3. The service is provided "as is".

8.4. The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Company's total liability will not exceed the subscription fee you paid in the last 12 months.

9.2. The Company is not liable for indirect damages such as data loss, business loss, or profit loss.

9.3. The Company is not liable for issues caused by user errors.

10. TERMINATION

10.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

10.2. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the rules without prior notice.

10.3. Whether a refund will be made for unused periods in case of termination is specified in the Refund Policy.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

11.2. Aksaray Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
