Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summary:: You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not used the service.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

1.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us in writing within this period.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS

For your refund request to be accepted:

  • Apply within 14 days of purchase date
  • Have not actively used the service (data entry, report creation, etc.)
  • Have not used the features of your subscription package

3. PARTIAL REFUND

3.1. If you have partially used the service within the 14-day withdrawal period, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the usage rate.

3.2. Usage rate is determined according to the following criteria:

  • Number of system logins
  • Whether data entry has been made
  • Whether reports have been generated
  • Whether export operations have been performed

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

  • 14-day withdrawal period has expired
  • Service has been fully used
  • Most of the subscription period has passed
  • Packages purchased with special pricing or promotions (unless otherwise stated)

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

5.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

5.2. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period.

5.3. Partial refunds are not made for unused periods in cancelled subscriptions (except 14-day withdrawal period).

5.4. In case of early cancellation of annual subscriptions, refund requests for remaining months are evaluated.

6. REFUND PROCESS

6.1. For refund requests, send an email to info@toku.com.tr.

6.2. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Full Name
  • Registered email address
  • Company name
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund (optional)

6.3. Your request will be evaluated within 3 business days and the result will be notified.

6.4. Approved refunds will be returned to the payment method (credit card, bank account) within 14 days from the approval date.

7. PACKAGE CHANGE

7.1. When upgrading to a higher package, the difference fee is charged.

7.2. When downgrading, the remaining period is calculated at the new package price and the period is extended.
