ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACTED SERVICE

3.1. The contracted service is the Carbometric carbon emission management software subscription service.

3.2. The basic features of the service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the sales page.

3.3. The listed and announced prices on the site are sales prices. Announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed.

3.4. The sales price of the contracted service including all taxes is specified in the order form.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT METHOD

4.1. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT through iyzico payment infrastructure.

4.2. Credit card payments are subject to card holder approval. If the card holder's bank does not approve the payment, the Seller is released from the obligation to provide the service.

4.3. Payment transactions are carried out through iyzico (iyzico Payment Services Inc.).

ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and obtained information about the basic features of the contracted service, sales price, payment method and all preliminary information about the service, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2. The service is delivered by sending access information to the Buyer's registered email address after the order reaches the Seller and the payment is made.

5.3. The Seller's responsibility is limited to providing the service as specified in the contract.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contracted service (start of subscription) without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the Seller via email within this period.

6.3. The service fee will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the withdrawal notification reaching the Seller. Refund is made using the same method as payment.

6.4. If the Buyer has used the service during the withdrawal period (data entry, report creation, etc.), a deduction may be made according to the usage rate.

ARTICLE 7 - CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

• Services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets
• Services prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or personal needs
• Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires
• Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer
